Rooted in intention and thoughtful design, Essents Events creates elevated experiences tailored to each client’s vision. From weddings and luxe picnics to milestone celebrations and intimate gatherings, every event is approached with care, creativity, and an eye for detail. The goal is simple: to design moments that feel seamless, beautiful, and unmistakably yours.

Behind Essents Events is founder and lead designer, Alix Koch. With a lifelong love for hosting and organization, Alix was drawn to events long before it became her profession. From planning family gatherings to coordinating large-scale celebrations, her passion has always lived in the details, the flow, and the feeling of a well-designed experience.

Alix graduated from Arizona State University with a double Bachelor’s degree in Family and Human Development and Special Event Management, then immersed herself in the local event industry to learn every facet of production and coordination. In 2025, Essents Events emerged as a reflection of her hands-on approach, blending creativity with thoughtful execution.

Based in Arizona, Essents Events embraces the beauty of the seasons and the warmth of gathering. Looking ahead, the brand hopes to expand its impact by supporting Arizona Foster Care through meaningful events that bring community and connection together.
